Privacy Policy

SalaryLens is built to need as little of your personal data as possible.

What we don't do

The free calculators (CTC breakdown, hike, offer comparison, notice period, joining date) run entirely in your browser. The CTC, salary and date figures you type in are never sent to our servers, never stored, and never shared with anyone.

What we do collect

We use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to see which pages and tools are used, so we can improve them. This does not include the salary figures you enter — only anonymous page-visit and click data.

Paid reports (if you purchase one)

If you buy a paid report, we collect only what's needed to generate and deliver it (e.g. an email address to send it to, and the figures you provide for that report). Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider — we do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Cookies

We use only essential, privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
